Victim actor / Simulant Military and Civil Traumatology

We distinguish between ‘victim actor’ and ‘Simulant Military and Civil Traumatology’. A Simulant Military and Civil Traumatology goes beyond a normal victim actor. You can think about staging an explosion of a train with blast injury. The added value of a Simulant Military and Civil Traumatology is that they can act cases which can be expierienced without any adjustment by an instructor causing a maximum of natural mirroring of behaviour and competences: A manageable situation is created in which the student is challenged to act during a realistic learning experience. No cards with variables around the neck, not stopping when it’s getting though or when the instructor makes mistakes, but just continue like a human body would without external help.

We offer victim actor who are more educated then the regular victim actor you would hire via a regular Casualties Union.

With in total more than 80 experienced victim actors who are working day in and out for clients like National Police, Fire Deparment, Ministries in the Netherlands and abroad we can give your training extra cachet. They are educated with the newest medical protocols and we;ve got a broad experience with trauma activities. From a smaller local exercise till a larger international multiday/ 24 hour trainings. Besides Dutch our victim actors speak English and German.

We’re specialized in larger Evacuation and Counterterrorism Consequence trainings.

Training Innovations is one of the largest companies who daily deliver victim actors througout the Netherlands. We’ve got around 120 self employed victim actors, instructors, rescuers and fire guards working with us. These self employed workers are living from northern Groningen till southern Limburg, so we can deliver on each location.

We deliver quality: our victim actors are all well educated, have a lot experience and many of them completed the Simulant Military and Civil Traumatology courses so they have extra knowledge in our field. Especially for trauma cases these victim actors are well fitted. But we also plan on a daily basis the basic emergency response officer courses,  annual refreshements and first aid courses/exams.

We provide the planning and coördination of the victim actors for you, so you don’t need to worry about this. We also take care of all communication as well replacement by illness
