The organisation, our vision and values
About us
Training Innovations is established by Marcel and Sylvia Krabbendam (before Improvement training en adviesbureau). This is grown to an organisation with 7 persons (direction, administration, planning and internal courses) in our office and over 100 instructors and (SMTC) victimactors which are working throughout the Netherlands and Germany for multiple clients, in both profit and non-profitsector. In branches as logistics, health care, education and industry.
Our vision
Content of the course should connect to the practical day to day tasks. Learning should be fun en the learning environment challenging. And for us the most improtant: it should be active and mostly a space with expirimenting and to experience. We take care for a good balance between competentions. This way enables us to support people in learning trajectories to the maximum in their educational process. We don’t only work with quick qins, but also results on the long term. After all, learning works only if you’re able to structural change the behaviour of people.
